Our average stay is about 3.5 months. We keep the calendar open after your stay and never book a guest behind you, so you can extend.

Who pays for the home after an insurance claim?

In most placements the insurance housing company that your carrier works with books and pays for the home under your loss-of-use coverage. About 80% of our bookings arrive this way.
